Type: Part-Time, City: San Antonio TX - Austin TX – Houston TX

Job Skills/Requirements:

ECP is immediately hiring Part time general office cleaners for various buildings, located in the San Antonio, Houston and Austin areas. This is perfect job for someone looking to supplement their income.

 We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Follows instructions and is eager to learn
• Presents a neat and professional appearance
• Possesses a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift objects up to 25lbs.
• Must be able to walk or stand for the duration of the shift
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Part Time Mornings: Monday -Friday 7:00 am- 3:00 pm and Sat. 9:30 pm to 5:30 pm
• Part Time Evenings: Monday -Friday 5:00 pm- 1:00am and Sat. 6:00 pm to 2:00 pm

Responsibilities & Duties may include:

Restroom cleaning, kitchen/break area/conference room cleaning, vacuum carpeted areas, and general floor cleaning, trash removal, dusting and other additional duties as assigned.

Pay: $12.00/HR*** - $14.00/HR*** Dependent on location and experience.

***If you have at least 6 months of previous janitorial experience, you could be eligible for a higher hourly rate as a supervisor.

Full Time Janitorial Supervisor

Type: Full-Time, City: Houston, Austin and San Antonio, Texas

someone looking for a career opportunity in the janitorial industry.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1-2 years of janitorial experience in a high-rise building setting
• Must have at least 1 year of Supervisor experience
• Is reliable and detail-oriented.
• Follows instructions and is eager to learn
• Can work in a fast-paced setting
• Presents a neat and professional appearance
• Possesses a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects.
• Must be able to walk or stand for the duration of the shift
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

 * Mornings: Monday -Friday 7:00 am- 3:00 pm and Sat. 9:30 pm to 5:30 pm availability

Key Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Maintain cleanliness, order and functionality within a corporate office space and retail space. Handle restock of supplies. Maintain cleanliness of high-traffic areas, including lobbies, conference rooms, restrooms, breakrooms. Trash removal, recycle removal & sanitize touchpoints. Perform other janitorial duties as assigned.

Starting Pay: $15.00/HR
